Pepper Lunch

Pepper Lunch is a Japanese DIY fast food steakhouse located at Pavilion KL.

DIY as in you cook your own steak on a sizzling hot iron plate.

I ordered the sliced beef and hamburger set with Japanese rice.

“Spread the butter on top and cook to your liking,” explained the waiter when the food is served.

Looking at the beef sizzles on the hot iron plate, without further delay, I quickly took a few pictures before I start cooking the steak.

Cooking beef

The steak is cooked very quickly within a few minutes.

For the price of RM26++ you get a few slices of beef imported from Australia (read from the posters on the wall), a bowl of Japanese rice and a soft drink.

The meat is not enough to satisfy my taste buds but it was very nice and juicy. It would be better if I didn’t cook it too long.
